Dan Watenpool, Owner

Dan Watenpool, owner of Watenpool Appraisal Services, LLC, has been in the real industry since 1997, and is a PA State Certified General Appraiser. Dan has completed many appraisals on complex, multi-use residential, commercial and industrial properties. These include municipal property acquisitions, condemnation, acquisition and development and ad valorem tax appeals, as well as several large projects for various Urban Redevelopment Authorities. Mr. Watenpool also has experience providing expert witness testimony on many of these types of appraisals. Although not active in selling residential or commercial real estate, Dan maintains a Real Estate Sales License within Pennsylvania. He also has been an active market participant as a partner in a real estate development company.

Kelly Wojcik, Residential Appraiser

Kelly has been a state certified appraiser for over 17 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Westminster College and was a state certified teacher. She has a knowledge of the Pittsburgh and surrounding markets. She has experience and knowledge in different facets of appraising to include:  investments, estate planning, new construction, tax appeals, REO, elder-care, PMI elimination, refinances,  equitable distribution, market value for selling purposes and relocation appraisals to name a few.  Her specialty is relocation appraisals, (Employee relocation council- ERC). The relocation appraisal includes a wider range of research and analysis,  as the relocation appraisal is more detailed than most mortgage appraisals to develop an anticipated sales price. Kelly works with both the relocation company and the owner (transferee ) to facilitate sometimes a difficult and confusing process. Kelly strives to adhere to the highest standards in quality and ethical policies in the appraisal profession.
